HERE IS THE
HOLY SPRIPTURE WHERE JESUS TELLS US THE GOOD SAMARITAN STORY, LET US REREAD HIS WORDS.
Luke 10:29-37 --
29 But he, wanting to justify himself, said to Jesus, "And who is my neighbor?"
30 Then Jesus answered
and said: "A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, who stripped him of his clothing,
wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead. 31 Now by chance a certain priest came down that road. And when he saw him,
he passed by on the other side. 32 Likewise a Levite, when he arrived at the place, came and looked, and passed by on the
other side. 33 But a certain Samaritan , as he journeyed, came where he was. And when he saw him, he had compassion. 34 So
he went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine; and he set him on his own animal, brought him to an inn,
and took care of him. 35 On the next day, when he departed, he took out two denarii, gave them to the innkeeper, and said
to him, 'Take care of him; and whatever more you spend, when I come again, I will repay you.' 36 So which of these three do
you think was neighbor to him who fell among the thieves?"
37 And he said, "He who showed mercy on him."
Then Jesus said to him, "Go and do likewise." NKJV
PROVIDE A HELPING HAND FOR PEOPLE INJURED IN LIFE
HOPE FOR US IN JESUS
1 John 5:11-21 11 And this is what God has testified: He has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. 12 So whoever
has God's Son has life; whoever does not have his Son does not have life.
13 I write this to you who believe in
the Son of God, so that you may know you have eternal life. 14 And we can be confident that he will listen to us whenever
we ask him for anything in line with his will. 15 And if we know he is listening when we make our requests, we can be sure
that he will give us what we ask for. 16 If you see a Christian brother or sister sinning in a way that does not lead to death,
you should pray, and God will give that person life. But there is a sin that leads to death, and I am not saying you should
pray for those who commit it. 17 Every wrong is sin, but not all sin leads to death.
18 We know that those who
have become part of God's family do not make a practice of sinning, for God's Son holds them securely, and the evil one cannot
get his hands on them. 19 We know that we are children of God and that the world around us is under the power and control
of the evil one. 20 And we know that the Son of God has come, and he has given us understanding so that we can know the true
God. And now we are in God because we are in his Son, Jesus Christ. He is the only true God, and he is eternal life. 21 Dear
children, keep away from anything that might take God's place in your hearts. NLT
