Oh God, how can I thank you?
But only
if I could find the way,
For the special day has come
To remember and be thankful.
How can
I thank You Jesus?
You have given my mind peace
How can I thank You Lord?
Whose presence I
crave to hold.
How can I thank my Saviour?
Who changed my crazy world
And put the scattered
pieces
So marvelously together again.
When I remember Your care,
Yes Jesus, Your mercy
and love
I tremble when thinking, I stop,
Think not, just praise You.
Yes, how can I thank
my God?
Who dragged me up from sin mire
Who said I can made you whole,
Cover your muck with
a white robe.
What is even more wonderful
After all this you asked me
To be Your voice and
fingers
To a sick world of weary ones.
As the days roll steadily by
You take my daily
work
And turn it into substance
Meeting my family's needs.
On this thanksgiving day from me,
Thank You, thank You, thank You.
