MY GOD, DO NOT FORSAKE ME
Lord, sin weighs heavy on my soul
I come to you
with my hands
Over my eyes, for shame fills me,
Yet, I know I need so much
Your forgiveness and love.
For this life without you
Is so dark and awful.
Please forgive me and
Do not forsake
me
For I need Your forgiveness.
The Holy Scriptures tells me
Of how You paid for
my sins
By Your death on the cross.
I want to belief that,
Help me Lord Jesus.
Restore my soul to You, I pray.

Luke 5:18-26 18 Then behold, men brought
on a bed a man who was paralyzed, whom they sought to bring in and lay before Him. 19 And when they could not find how they
might bring him in, because of the crowd, they went up on the housetop and let him down with his bed through the tiling into
the midst before Jesus. 20 When He saw their faith, He said to him, "Man, your sins are forgiven you." 21 And the
scribes and the Pharisees began to reason, saying, "Who is this who speaks blasphemies? Who can forgive sins but God
alone?" 22 But when Jesus perceived their thoughts, He answered and said to them, "Why are you reasoning in your
hearts? 23 Which is easier, to say, 'Your sins are forgiven you,' or to say, 'Rise up and walk'? 24
But that you may know that the Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins" — He said to the man who was paralyzed,
"I say to you, arise, take up your bed, and go to your house." 25 Immediately he rose up before them, took
up what he had been lying on, and departed to his own house, glorifying God. 26 And they were all amazed, and they glorified
God and were filled with fear, saying, "We have seen strange things today!" NKJV
Jesus says to us - Matt 11:28-30 28 Come to Me, all
you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and
lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For My yoke is easy and My burden is light." NKJV
John 3:16-21 16 For God so loved the world that He gave
His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. 17 For God did not send His
Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
18 "He who believes
in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the
only begotten Son of God. 19 And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness
rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the
light, lest his deeds should be exposed. 21 But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen,
that they have been done in God." NKJV
1 John 1:5-10 5 Fellowship
with Him and One Another This is the message which we have heard from Him (Jesus) and declare to you, that God is light and
in Him is no darkness at all. 6 If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice
the truth. 7 But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus
Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.
8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth
is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us. NKJV
