MY CHRISITAN WALK IS MOVING TOO SLOWLY
By Frank E. Henrich August 23, 1975
Why do you seek to move so fast? - -
to please God more? - - to come closer to our precious Jesus? Should we not accept where He has us now? Gain stability. The
road to sanctification is a long one.
Be content with a slower pace - - pray for stability in your walk with God
- - in your business and other needs. For a gift from unstable persons has little value. Make what you give now and here,
be of greater value. Do all things in Jesus peace and strength. Read Psalm 23:2-3
It is in the Bible that there are times of rest
and we are forced to rest even though we want to grow faster and accomplish more ministry for our Lord Jesus. I find
comfort in Psalm 23:2-3 2 He makes
me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters.
3 He restores my soul;. It is
at these times of forced rest, I find this scripture so helpful in my life. How about you?
Ps 23:1-7 The LORD is my shepherd;
I shall not want.
2 He makes me to lie down in green pastures;
He leads me beside the still waters.
3 He restores my soul;
He leads me in the paths of righteousness
For His name's sake.
4 Yea, though I walk through the valley
Of the shadow
of death, I will fear no evil;
For You are with me;
Your rod
and Your staff, they comfort me.
5 You prepare a table before me
In the presence of my enemies;
You anoint my head with oil;
My cup runs over.
6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me
All the days of my life;
And I will dwell in the house of the LORD Forever. NKJV

santification is as one person expressed , this Christian walk is paniful and hurts. Jesus restores my soul.
