WHEN THE HOLY SPIRIT
COMES TO VISIT
By
Frank E. Henrich January 19,2008
How
fragrant the aroma
From a slight breeze
Moving among the flowers
Of a spring garden.
Our nostrils inhale
Grasping its delights
Wanting to hold on
To this wonder of wonders.
So it is also true
When the Holy Spirit
Comes and stirs our spirit
A wonder of wonders it is.
Our soul sings in harmony
With the bliss of angels,
The Earthly
life fades
And joyful peace fills us.
That is what happens
When the Holy Spirit
Comes to visit our spirit,
Precious are those moments.
Come again, sweet Dove
My
soul does languish
For your refreshing touch
For your inspiration
and love.
