PEACE
WITH GOD
JESUS
HELP TO FIND IT!
INNER STILLNESS
Oh inner stillness what are you?
Are you an inner calm that remains
Even when a stressful act
happens?
What are you, oh inner stillness?
When I wonder what lies ahead
Worry seems
to fall off of me
Which reality is really real?
What are you, oh inner stillness?
How did I
find you, oh potion of peace?
I can't remember purchasing your charm,
Not a penny did I spend for your
balm,
What are you, oh inner stillness?
God, my Old Friend, how can this be?
Grace is
an invisible force that covers
My whole being with a knowing
That I am in the hands of God.
Yes,
in the hands of the Creator of all
Where nothing happens but He knows,
Whose swift hand protects His
beloved
So in all circumstances, rejoice.
This stillness is a grace connection,
A Divine tie that holds me firmly,
Which I value more than gold,
To maintain it, I will not sin.
For there is a spiritual invisible cocoon
Inside of me where God and I dwell,
No language is spoken or
needed,
It’s where the Holy Spirit abides.
Words can not describe its rapture,
Pictures of it do not exist,
Please dear Old Friend, never take
This wonderful connection away.

SEARCHING
I search for a spiritual poem
For I long for inspiration,
From God, I seek a touch,
Oh Holy Spirit come to me.
Oh,
to have a love poem of God
To fill my life so lacking
Of peace and contentment
Filling my
whole being again.
Oh religious poem telling of God’s
Great promises of renewal,
Take
my life in Your hands,
Renew hope to my tired mind.

The Scripture states
That when we chose to
Sin over and over again
God let’s us waddle
In our foolishness
Until asking forgiveness.
God, you put blinders
Over Pharaoh’s reason
So Moses words fell
On a dulled
proud mind
That is until it was
Too late for action.
Remove the sin blinders
That cover my eyes,
Yes, the eyes of my mind,
Those hidden screens
That prevent
my reason
From seeing my sins.
Lord, please show me
Those unknown errors
Hidden from my mind
Where I am unaware
Of darkness in my mind
Jesus, have mercy
on me.
For the culture around me
Nor the news networks
Can not reveal the truth
Of your right path for me.
They have misled many
Declaring sinful acts as ok.
For
they do not know truth,
For only God can teach me
Oh Holy Spirit,
here I am
Let me attend Your school,
I am appealing for help
Open my mind to You.
Father I plead for mercy,
Jesus be my intercessory,
Remove the sin blinders
From my troubled
mind
One by one with patience
And I will return to You.

a
NEEDED ENTRENCHMENT
WITH SOLACE
I live in my house of life,
There are times when a caring person
Must entrench to find solace
Inside the solidness of its
walls.
My body is in a cocoon
Viewing life thru a transparent shield
Remote and very watchful
In a detached comforting way.
I do not need to come out
I just can smile and be silent
I can look out the windows
But not touch things out there.
Must think twice before speaking
For it will draw me out
There are times when staying inside
Is the only course to follow.
How long in this entrenchment
In this house with a protective shield?
Well, until I can trust
again,
Those whom my busy life touches.
Such a form of escape is ok
For feelings hurt is a mental burn
Same as a physical
burn, it hurts
And requires a healing time.
In time if there is love
The healing suave will soothe
For a cocoon that is confining
And a tiny step out is made.
If you are mad at God,
Remember two important
things,
God never stops loving you and
God's will is beyond our understanding.
If
you are mad at God
This website has some pages
To help you just look below

If a friend has caused this hurt,
After forgiving them as Christ
Has forgiven you many
sins,
You have a choice to see or not.
If a relative has hurt your badly
After
forgiving them try again
To accept his or her failings
It is a time for tough love.
May God be with you and
May you soon be free again,
To be the wonderful person
That you really are.

WE MUST LEARN TO HATE SIN
It’s ok to hate sin,
In fact we must
Or we will be miserable
In this mixed up world.
Hate you say, Oh No!
Hate is bad, bad, bad.
Yet I say, yes, yes,
yes,
Hate we must do.
For only when we
Hate our sin weaknesses,
Will
God give us
The power to conquer it.
In Romans 12:9, Paul writes,
Let Love be genuine,
Hate what is evil,
Hold fast what is good.
The trouble today
In some churches
Have forgotten to hate sin
They condone and are sick.
Does this apply
To the individual & culture?
Yes, for one corrupts society
And the other individuals.
Can these two
Be separated, held apart?
No, it is a mistake
For one
corrupts the other.
It is not the individual
We must hate,
But sinful conduct
In its many forms.
For Satan would devour us,
So be very watchful
Oh, churches help us
Be guiding light.
For he who would
Condone sinful acts
Let him be
forewarned
He must learn to hate sin.
PRAYER FOR
A SICK CHILD
Oh you say your child is sick,
And you look at me with hope,
That I will
say a great prayer
For you feel so lost inside.
You want to say, "Please, please God
Hear my plea for my little child."
And here I am, a caring friend
Listening to your anguish.
If I had it in my power
The child would be healed
But I lack such a force
In my fragile
earthly body.
But though I be physically weak,
God gave you and me a power,
It is of
intercessory prayer
When two or more are gathered.
Jesus said so in the Scriptures,
So let you and I prayerfully
Agree, asking God to heal
Your sick little child so dear.
So let
us pray together
In the name of Jesus
Father we ask and plea
For the healing of (insert the
child's name).
Thank you Lord that our prayer
Has been heard and we profess
We believe in your
glory and purpose
For (insert child name) life before You.
Those who follow the Lord Jesus
Know that whatever the situation
God is with us with love and care
Hold firm and watch God's miracles.
